Ad Est sono stati più sbrigativi che ad ovest ed oggi si parte già con le serie successive. (dati i tempi brevi, si accettano pronostici anche in leggero ritardo, tipo dopo gara 1 ma prima di gara 2)
Classifica verrà fatta quando finiscono anche a ovest.
